Waterscape Floating Apartments – Guest Policy

Welcome to Waterscape Floating Apartments. We want every guest to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please read and follow these policies. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

House Rules

General Conditions

  • No pets – no exceptions.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

  • Parties, events or loud music are not allowed.

  • All guests must comply with relevant laws and safety regulations during their stay.

  • Children must be supervised at all times while on board.

Vessel Movement

  • The vessel is stationary and will remain moored or at the jetty unless moved by Waterscape staff.

  • Waterscape reserves the right to move the vessel due to weather or operational conditions.

  • Any additional movement requests must be submitted at least 3 hours in advance and will not be available after 4 PM. These may incur a surcharge.

Access and Transport

  • Motorised tender fuel: the first tank is included; additional fuel will be charged.

  • Jetty and moored options include fuel and LPG gas.

  • Water taxi service is available 8 AM to 8 PM, with a minimum of 3 hours’ notice. After-hours surcharges apply.

Guest Inductions

  • All guests will receive a safety and operational induction on arrival.

  • This includes use of facilities, emergency procedures, and safe access.

  • For safety, a minimum of two capable individuals must remain onboard at all times.
    (This refers to individuals able to respond in case of an emergency – e.g., assist with evacuation or call for help.)

Credit Card Authorisation

By confirming your booking, you authorise Waterscape Floating Apartments to charge your credit card for:

  • Additional services or guest requests

  • Consumables used

  • Damage or loss to the apartment or its contents

  • Excessive cleaning beyond the standard changeover

  • Applicable surcharges.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Waterscape is not liable for unforeseen events that may affect your stay, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Power outages

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions or directives.

Where possible, we’ll work with you to reschedule or find alternative arrangements.

Additional Guests

  • Guest numbers must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking.

  • Additional guests are only allowed with prior written approval.

  • Unauthorised guests may result in the cancellation of your booking and additional charges.
